How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
Great question, and we’re an open book: Our process is very straightforward. We look at the location of the property, what repairs are needed, the current condition of the property, and values of comparable houses sold in the area recently.
Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?

What if there are liens or other title issues with my property?
Once in awhile we buy houses that may have tax or home owners association liens attached to the property. We can work with you or point you to specialists who may be able to have these liens reduced, but the liens do need to be cleared so that “good and marketable” title can be taken when we purchase the property. Basically, that means we’ll be able to re-sell the house in the future without any title problems.
How does your company make money?
In most cases, we will add value to a house by making repairs, fixing it up, or complete a total renovation. Once we finish the property, we put it on the market and if we’ve done our numbers correctly, sell it for a profit. Once we buy your property, we take on all of the risk.
How are you different from a real estate agent?

There is absolutely zero obligation for you. Once you tell us a bit about your property, we’ll set an appointment to meet with you and help you solve your real estate problem. From there, it’s 100% your decision on whether or not you’d like to sell your house to us.
