NBCFAE

The National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees (NBCFAE) is the largest employee association within the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Serving a membership of over 1000 aviation professionals nationwide and internationally. The mission of our organization is to promote equal opportunities for African Americans, women, and other minorities within the FAA. We work to improve employee-management relations and to be an effective liaison resource for FAA employees, and the community at large. It is our goal to continually build relationships with the aviation community. ·       Each year, the NBCFAE awards over $120,000.00 in scholarships and grants to students and universities nationwide to assist with college expenses and to promote STEM related curriculums. We sponsor Aviation Career Education (ACE) academies for students ages 13-17 to expose them to the myriad of career options in the field of Aviation. We are quite proud of our international ACE camps held previously in Ghana, Senegal and Nigeria. We aim to share the world of aviation across the globe, particularly with underserved communities.
